Dana Sullivan is a partner at Commonwealth Law Group, bringing extensive experience in personal injury and workers' compensation cases throughout Virginia. Born in Illinois, to an insurance family, both parents having spent their entire careers in the insurance industry, Dana initially expected to pursue insurance defense work. However, while working at a small plaintiff's practice during law school, she discovered a passion for advocating directly for injured individuals and ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to.
Licensed to practice in Virginia since 2009, Dana spent the first five years of her career focusing exclusively on personal injury cases. In 2014, she expanded her practice to include workers' compensation cases, furthering her commitment to helping injured individuals navigate the legal system.
Since 2019, Dana has been a managing partner at Commonwealth Law Group, overseeing firm operations, human resources, and business development.
Dana is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, where she developed the dedication and work ethic that define her career. Go Hokies! Dana currently lives in Hanover with her husband and son.
