Born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia, Margherita Sweet has always had a love for numbers and problem-solving, a passion that began in childhood and shaped her career. A proud first-generation Italian American, she graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and jumped straight into the legal world as an Operations Assistant at CLG.
Through hard work and a knack for creating efficient systems, Margherita quickly rose to become the firm’s Director of Operations. Today, she oversees the intake department and manages the firm’s financial operations, ensuring smooth processes and a solid foundation for success.
Margherita now lives in Moseley with her husband, their two children, and an energetic Australian Shepherd. When she’s not streamlining operations or crunching numbers, you’ll likely find her enjoying family time or embracing her love of organization and strategy.
