The team at Commonwealth Law Group loves to give back to our community in any way we can. Whether we are awarding a scholarship to a deserving student or sponsoring a local event for a good cause, our team truly enjoys being active members of our community. Below are some of the ways we’ve given back to the community recently.
2021 ASK 5K and Fun Walk
Our team is excited to have once again sponsored the annual ASK 5K to raise money for the ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation. The 2021 race was virtual in observance of local COVID-19 guidelines. 2021 Pursuing A Positive Impact Scholarship
Commonwealth Law Group is excited to once again be offering the Pursuing A Positive Impact Scholarship. This scholarship was started to recognize and reward students in our country that go out of their way to make their communities a better place. Each year, we award one lucky recipient a $3,000 scholarship to be used to help further their education. For more information about this year’s scholarship, visit our scholarship page.
RVA Cares 5k
Our team is happy to have been part of the 2020 RVA Cares 5K. This 5K was started to raise funds to benefit the local nonprofit Better2gether RVA. Justice for Ale
Our firm understands that for some people in our community, it can be difficult to seek out legal services when you find yourself in hard situations. That’s why we make a point to give back to our community and support our neighbors in any way we can. One way we do this is by sponsoring the Justice for Ale events at Bingo Beer Co. at 2900 W Broad Street. This is a great way for us and other members of our community to help raise money to support our fellow neighbors who may otherwise struggle through legal battles on their own without the support they need.
